I have a very special place in my heart for Mrs. Piggle Wiggle who taught me valuable lessons that, to this day, I have not forgotten. One of my favorite Mrs. Piggle Wiggle stories was about a boy who was an extremely picky eater. He was so bad that he earned the unwieldy nickname "Slow-Eater-Tiny-Bite-Taker." He ate so slowly, picking up his cereal and eating it grain-by-grain. As you can imagine, it drove his parents crazy. So they packed him off to Mrs. Piggle Wiggle, who just happens to be an expert on "problem" children. For his meals, Mrs. Piggle Wiggle gave him a teeny tiny plate, with an even teenier, tinier fork and spoon, a tiny teacup and a tiny portion of food. He ate it, but he was still hungry. She kept giving him smaller and smaller portions and utensils and, eventually, he was just too tired to go on. His apetite was regained and he broke down and ate a normal portion at a normal pace. Her method cured his maddeningly slow and picky eating! When I saw these precious tiny forks, spoon and knife necklaces I knew I had to have one, as a tribute to my beloved Mrs. Piggle Wiggle and to Allen, the Slow-Eater-Tiny-Bite-Taker.

I just found your blog and it is very inspiring that you have a philosophy degree but you work in fashion. I am working toward an English Lit degree and I have an undying love for everything fashion and beauty related. Leave it to a humanities person to relate Mrs. Piggle wiggle to fashion, LOVE IT! Thanks for the inspiration.
